Day 24 Hanumanasana #backbendmadness2014 Here are two awesome stretches for achieving the splits. First, low lunge will target the psoas and second stretch will target the hamstrings. If you take your time with both of these stretches, you will probably be able to get more depth in your split. I am not a fan of props BUT if you are really tight, then you can use a block under you. Take your time and remember that everyone starts somewhere. I love how you guys are connecting on IG - You guys rock!
