Day 18 #backbendmadness2014 Beginner option for Eka pada urdhva dhanurasana I so very happy that I have the beginner option today. I am not feeling my best and nursing an injury. What I love about this option is that it is accessible for most people and it is a great way to warm up and prepare the body.
