Day 12 Setu Bandhasana For tomorrow pose, you can take many different options. In this video, I show you how to get into the posture if you never done it before. You can leave your arms by your sides and just drop your head back or use your hands next to your head to help yourself lift up and stay balanced. Once you feel comfortable in the posture you can take your hands to your shoulders.
