Baked Eggs in Avocado with Ham in the oven. 1 medium or large avocado. 2 small eggs. Sliced ham, cooked then crumbled. Slices the avocado in two. To taste fresh add cracked black pepper and hot chili cayennepepper. Fresh chopped tomatoes. Fresh chopped red garlic chopped with some baby leaf. Let it roast in the oven for 20 min under 240 degree. This is really tasty and healthy. Hope you enjoy it ☺️
