This is very simple and straightforward healthy dinner. Here I have some mixed vegetables, sweet potato, red onion and salmon filé. I first steak the mixed vegetables, then the onion/salmon filé together with some little spice black pepper. I had the sweet potato in the oven for about 25 min to get the sweet potato a bit crunchy. Here you have the result. I also made dinner to my beloved @ms_hilde till she gets home ❤️👍👌💪
