Day 27 #jan14yogachallenge Standing Head to Knee Pose Dandayamana Janushirasana I love this balance posture. Take any Bikram class and you definitely will be working on this. Same rules apply with the standing leg ... Lock the knee UNLESS you hyper extend. I have a micro bend in my knee do to my hyper mobility so this pose is extra difficult to stay balanced in. Google some how to videos if you have never done it. 😊✌️ Have fun!!
