Day 12 #jan14yogachallenge Natrajasana (Dancer's Pose) This pose can be done in so many different expressions. Here, some versions call it Standing Bow or Needle. Check out @kinoyoga page for Ashtanga's version of this pose. 😊 Try this pose after your hamstrings, hips and back are fully warmed up. Keeping the hips square is the tricky part in this pose. I always want to open the hip to straighten the leg ... Keeping the hips parallel to the ground takes focus. Breathe. Find drishti and remain calm. It will come. 😊
