As mentioned before temporary tattoos for the stars. 😁 also for those who missed the recipe for the 🍃Basil Pesto from my last post. 4 bunches of Basil 2 bunches of Rocket leaves 3 cloves garlic Light virgin olive oil - enough to make the consistency firm not runny…. 3 cups Grated Parmesan cheese Lightly toasted pine nuts or cashews Salt & pepper (must be cracked for both) to taste Method Place all ingredients in food processor, holding back 1/4 of cheese… blend until all mixed. Put into airtight container and mix in remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese over top and more salt and pepper then pour enough olive oil over top to cover, put on lid and pop in fridge, will usually keep for at least 2 weeks or more although it doesn’t usually last that long at our house. Other uses for your already made pesto: On top of beef, lamb, fish, chicken, Pizza, Risotto, Pasta… etc … The possibilities are endless!!!!!….
