Day 27 Fish pose in lotus Matsyasana The video shows you an entrance into the posture but feel free to just fold the legs and drop the head back. If lotus is not accessible to you then you can choose butterfly or crossed legs. Please only go as far as comfortable. Listen to your body and ask your teacher to help you if you aren't familiar. Google and YouTube are great resources if you are practicing alone at home. Remember this is not a competition, just a fun way to share our love for yoga and connect as a community. ✌️
