Day 27 #byghandstands101 🐥Eagle handstand🐥 Try this ... I had a break through a few months ago with eagle legs so maybe you will to. I think it has to do with squeezing the legs and engaging mula and uddiyana bandha. Eagle legs helps you do all of that so you might hold this longer than you think. The TRICK is to lock your hips in place once you have balance so it doesn't matter how you get into balance just as long as you tilt your hips & engage bandha. Step 1: kick up with a bend knee or straight leg. Step 2: wrap the bent leg around slowly and start to tuck knees into chest. Step 3: keep moving hips back as the knees tuck. This gets rid if the arch in the back, keeps you in balance and forces you to engage bandha. 👉Use a wall if you need to but all of you who have been doing handstands daily should now start to move into the enter of the room. It might frustrate you because you may fall more but trust me ...
