Day 24 #byghandstands101 🌟stag leg🌟 This is a very easy handstand to hold because you have a "banana" back and you have both legs helping you balance. This handstand was much easier for me to hold in the beginning than holding a straight handstand. Try it if you are struggling with holding a straight handstand - just don't give up on the "no banana" straight handstand. 😊 Step 1: kick up with a bent knee. Find hips over shoulders and balance. Step 2: bend top leg and use both legs to balance. Hope you are enjoying this month of handstands. I know that some of you are doing my challenge but not posting - that's great!
