Day 22 #byghandstands101 🌟Hollow there shoulders🌟 This is a great heart/chest opener as well as shoulder opener PLUS it will help you stretch wrists and get use to being upside down. Only go as far as comfortable - listen to your body. Step 1: place your hands a few feet from the wall. Step 2: kick up and slowly lower your butt down to the wall. May take you a few tries before you know where to place your hands. If you don't feel anything then walk them further away from the wall. This should give you an awesome stretch. Step 3: press chest towards sky and try to look up. If it feels better to look down at the ground - do that. Step 4: PRESS into hands and try to straighten the arms as much as you can. Have fun. 💪
