If they can't answer your question straight up, find you the answer📘📘, do the exercise/demo 💪or explain it properly📘📘, then how are they good enough for you. YOUR health is an investment of time, effort and money! You wouldn't buy a dodgy broken down and rusty car to drive everyday or trust it to get you from A to B without fixing it would you?
